2. The email helper
The enquiry helper prepares message text within the current page. It does not submit those details to a website backend or deliberately store them in long-term browser storage. Copying writes the text to your system clipboard; manual copying is available if automatic copying fails. Opening your email app passes only the recipient and subject. You paste the message, review it and send it yourself.
3. Information you send
If you email us or use another published contact channel, MNV LIMITED receives the name, email, organization and message you provide to understand and respond to the enquiry. Start with a necessary summary and avoid passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive material.
4. Website operation
Hosting or security facilities may record necessary access and error information, such as IP addresses, times, requested pages and browser details, for operation, security and troubleshooting. Actual records depend on the hosting configuration.
5. External links and local assets
Resource covers, styles and scripts load from local website files. Following a book or course source link takes you to a third-party website, whose access, account and content rules are determined by its provider.
6. Handling information and contacting us
Enquiries are used by people who need to handle them and may be processed through relevant email and hosting providers. Enquiry contents are not displayed publicly. Necessary records are retained according to handling needs and applicable requirements.
